Newly enacted Public Contract Code § 20651.2 now allows community college districts to award a contract for the acquisition of goods, services, or information technology that has an estimated value of between $5,000 to $250,000 by seeking price quotations from two or more responsible certified small businesses or two or more disabled veteran business enterprises.
