This Legal Update will serve as the second addendum to Legal Update No. 27-2017 regarding FAQs on Website Accessibility.
The first addendum provided a table developed by our office reflecting a number of online posting requirements contained in the Education Code and the Government Code. Our office has updated this table. A copy of the updated table will be provided upon request.
