On February 11, 2016, our office issued an Addendum to Legal Update Memo No. 06-2016: Procedures for Increasing School Facilities Fees informing our clients that the Level 1 developer fees for residential construction that were adopted by the State Allocation Board (“SAB”) were incorrect.

Second Addendum to Memo No. 06-2016

On February 11, 2016, our office issued an Addendum to Legal Update Memo No. 06-2016: Procedures for Increasing School Facilities Fees informing our clients that the Level 1 developer fees for residential construction that were adopted by the State Allocation Board (“SAB”) were incorrect.

On February 24, 2016, the SAB adopted the corrected increase which has been changed to $3.48 per square foot for new residential.
