** This two hour combined workshop, satisfies the SB 1343 and Government Code section 12950.1 sexual harassment and abusive conduct prevention training requirement for supervisors and the first hour of the workshop also satisfies the SB 1343 and Government Code section 12950.1 training requirement for all non-supervisors.

Sexual Harassment and Abusive Conduct Prevention Training

9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Recognize sexual harassment and abusive conduct in the work environment and educational environment;
Implement policies and practices to prevent sexual harassment from happening; and
Conduct a thorough investigation if a complaint is filed, take appropriate action to stop it from recurring, and limit potential damages.
The workshop will be held via Zoom. The Zoom link and material will be distributed to registered attendees via email no later than close of business the day preceding the date of the workshop.

There is a $30 per person registration fee for this workshop, non-clients $40 per person registration fee.
The workshop fee will be charged for cancellations received less than seven days prior to the date of the workshop.
